Since we bought an apartment in Nice some years ago we were very fortunate to have connected with Katherine and the services she provides. She is a pleasure to deal with and has an excellent knowledge of the issues in relation to the ownership, management and maintenance of an apartment there and in addition has a great understanding of how the various Administrations in the City operate. Living in Ireland and having access to someone like this in situ in Nice is extremely reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
