Nice Renting – Airbnb Concierge Nice

We absolutely loved our stay in Nice! Staying in the new part of the city was such a refreshing experience. The apartment is peaceful, very safe, and just a few minutes’ walk from the stunning sea. I especially enjoyed strolling with my puppy along the seaside — it was pure joy, and they didn’t even charge for my dog! The apartment is surprisingly spacious for French standards, warm, and has everything you need for cooking. There’s a supermarket just a minute away, and plenty of free parking nearby. Nature is all around, and walking to the city center along the seaside was easy and so pleasant. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice — it’s the perfect place for relaxing by the sea while being close to everything.

Great location and easy to access everywhere in Nice central city including old town and other tourist attractions. Very organized and well maintained /furnished apartment. Owner is very helpful and provided us detailed and kind information of direction to the property . I highly recommend this apartment if you plan to visit Nice.

While the unit itself (France 5b - 5 Rue de France in Nice) is decorated nicely, that’s where the positives end. The building hallway is decrepit, and reeks of cat urine so intensely that it seeps into the apartment. The smell was overwhelming - We could smell it from the couch and even in bed. It was physically nauseating and triggered allergic reactions for both of us. The hosts are well aware of the issue and said nothing before our arrival. Instead, they tried to mask the odor with an absurd amount of air freshener, which only made things worse. I reached out multiple times asking for extra towels to block the smell coming in under the door. They ignored me for days, then finally responded to say it was “an outside problem” and there was nothing they could do - and still refused to bring us towels. We later discovered the neighbor is breeding cats in his studio apartment - We counted 15 in the hallway. It’s inhumane and disgusting. The smell in the hallway is so bad you have to hold your breath. We had to cut our stay short because it became unbearable. The hosts have not responded to my refund request or taken any responsibility. Avoid this rental at all costs. It is not safe, not clean, and the hosts clearly do not care.

Adorable place! We fell totally in love with this cute stylish warm so clean apartment. Feeling very much at home as the apartment is fresh and cleaned very well, as if it is not given for rent. No smells, no any tiny piece of dust. Superb! Thanks a lot for our charming stay in Nice. BTW, the street where the flat is located is busy, but the apartment is really quiet. 👌 very close to the beach, Promenade, parks, flower market, supermarkets - everything is very close and easy to reach. Also the railway station: since we have a very light luggage we can just walk for 10min enjoying the view of the beautiful streets on the way. P.S.: read the manual before having a bath;) the manual takes some time)))))
