5 stars because is the maximum, what a great experience we had! Laforêt Nice supported us in selling our property all way long, step by step they guided us, their agent (Andreea) went above and beyond. Selling a property remotely could be very stressful but with them was a piece of cake. Absolutely well recommended.
Despite all the positive reviews here, we had an extremely bad experience with this agency. We had a very unprofessional female employee from Laforet Nice Gambetta, who faked some appointments that she cancelled shortly before the visit , insisting we could not refuse a certain client. She manipulated us into agreeing a rental with a couple who had no regular income and way to low salaries to afford the rent we asked. After one month these tenants decided not to pay anymore. The nightmare started Looking at the file 'dossier' they should never have been allowed to pass as candidates. To all foreigners I say stay away from this agency as long as this emplyee works there. Her boss is ok, but she did not take overall responsibility of this fiasco. We are considereing legal steps for all the financial and emotional damage we have suffered. Fortunately the 'tenants', decided to leave our apartmennt. Thank God they left it in a good state.
