Ashley&Parker - Agence Carré d'or

Viktoria was excellent in helping us decide a very good price for our apartment, finding a buyer and finalising sale details. In addition she helped in so many small ways; e.g. emptying and cleaning the apartment, which would have been difficult for us living in Ireland.

Buying an apartment in France as a foreigner—and doing it sight unseen—felt daunting, but my realtor, Désirée DAMBROSIO made the entire experience seamless. She went above and beyond, providing honest advice, exceptional communication, and expert guidance through every step of the process. I always felt she had my best interests at heart, and her knowledge of the market gave me complete confidence, even from thousands of miles away. When I finally saw my apartment in person, it exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone. She truly made what seemed impossible feel easy.

Working with Sophie was a true pleasure. We first met when she noticed us looking at property advertisements and took the initiative to approach us and inquire about our interest in purchasing a home. She understood our requirements and curated a selection of properties that aligned with our criteria. Her upbeat and positive energy made the entire search process both smooth and enjoyable. For anyone seeking a professional with extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods—particularly the Carré d’Or—and someone who is genuinely a joy to work with, Sophie is an exceptional choice.

Our home buying fears and concerns were quickly relieved with the professional and friendly assistance of Fiona Renucci of Ashley & Parker real estate services. With most of this transaction taking place while we were on the other side of the world, Fiona went above and beyond in facilitating our purchase smoothly! It was wonderful being able to trust her with such an important and time-consuming project. we highly recommend her and Ashley & Parker for any real estate transaction. You will not be disappointed!
