Je partage mon expérience EXCEPTIONNELLE avec Julien Bernasconi, qui est à mon sens, et de très loin, le meilleur conseiller immobilier avec qui j'ai pu travailler (et croyez-moi que j'en ai rencontré beaucoup...)<br><br>Je viens de faire l'acquisition d'un T3 à Nice. Malgré un calendrier très contraint et une vente qui a failli être annulée suite à un imprévu bancaire, l'accompagnement de Julien a permis de sauver l'opération in extremis, pour la conclure le mois suivant.<br><br>Nous venons juste de recevoir les clefs et nous nous installons dans quelques semaines :) Et si cette opération a pu réussir, c'est en très grande partie grâce à Julien !<br><br>En effet, Julien a fait preuve d'une réactivité hors pair durant ces 3 mois d'accompagnement (j'avais toujours une réponse en <2h, et même en <30min dans 90% des cas). Son professionnalisme est exemplaire, je peux vous assurer qu'il aime son métier, cela se sent, et ça fait une grande différence dans le succès d'une opération !<br><br>Je tiens également à souligner ses grandes qualités humaines : à l'écoute, transparent, précis dans ses réponses et très attentif à nos besoins.<br><br>Le vrai plus ?
