I worked with Gregory TROUILLER of Coldwell Banker for the search and purchase of an apartment in Nice. The level of service and responsiveness was excellent -- even across timezones! The market is quite fragmented, but he showed me many excellent options -- including listings from other agents. (This is not typical with all brokers. In my experience they show ONLY their personal listings, then ghost you!). When my Notaire dropped the ball before our closing, Gregory and the other agent literally saved the day to move things forward -- commission well earned, I'd say. Finally, then after the closing on my 200 M2 "fixer upper," he introduced me to his network of professionals for design and renovation services. He has stayed in touch to ensure everything is going well on the project. I definitely recommend Coldwell, and especially Gregory!
