An honest craftsman, good work with a beautiful finish. The technical difficulties encountered on the complex roof project (five slopes and an unusual height given the positioning of the gutters) were all resolved in a friendly atmosphere. The roof covering was completely removed and replaced, an underlayment was installed, the rafters were replaced, and the gutters were redone. I insisted on white zinc for the visible parts, which added another layer of complexity to the custom zinc work. Fabien's team really embraced the challenge. I'm meticulous when it comes to aesthetics, and they were happy to meet my requirements. The project took place in a very pleasant atmosphere, and we were completely satisfied despite our anxiety after the water leaks! The roof renovation wasn't initially planned, but we had significant water leaks in the house following the bad weather. Fabien was the only honest tradesman who, upon going up on the roof, told us that no repair could guarantee the roof's watertightness, as it had already undergone numerous makeshift repairs. This became evident during the subsequent rains. Fabien prioritized our project to quickly stop the water damage. He regularly sent us photos to monitor the progress. We were even able to go up on the roof to check it ourselves. A huge thank you to the team, to Jordan, and to Fabien.
