Gérald and his team demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire installation of our large Velux window (1.8 x 1.4 m). During our initial consultation, Gérald calculated the added weight to the roof structure and assessed the feasibility of the installation. Bel Toiture completely renovated our roof, which was in very poor condition. Everything was done well, in record time, and with great care. A big thank you to Gérald and his team for the quality of their work.
A very friendly team, but most importantly, very efficient and professional. They did a very meticulous job, even though it involved installing four classic VELUX MK04 center-pivot skylights on a steel roof (which presented real installation challenges compared to tiles, as it required screwing on lead or zinc sheets to connect to the "MK04 sealing kits" supplied by VELUX), a significant risk to the waterproofing... I then tested it with a high-flow fire hose (see photo), and there were zero leaks on all four. A big BRAVO!!! The four VELUX skylights were installed in two days, demonstrating great professionalism, and the prices (construction of the roof framing + VELUX installation + sealing kit + screwed-on lead sheets) are very competitive (I had consulted three roofers...). I therefore recommend BEL'TOITURE and its Director, Mr. Eucat, to everyone...
