A huge thank you to Dylan and the entire installation team for their simply incredible customer service! We ordered two custom-made French doors, six windows (also custom-made), and a security door. Our requirements were very specific: perfect soundproofing to isolate us from the noise of the busy port below, and compliance with our building's regulations regarding red exterior joinery. Dylan came back several times to present all the available options for our French doors and front door. In addition, the surveyors visited twice to ensure everything would be perfectly aligned for installation. During the three days of installation, the team demonstrated great professionalism and did a remarkable job. They even returned two days after the installation to check something we were unsure about. They left the apartment cleaner than when they arrived, and the installation is flawless. I have already recommended the company At Home to several friends and I will continue to do so without hesitation!

We undertook a project to replace our aging wooden shutters, which were very difficult to maintain, with well-insulated aluminum shutters. The installation went perfectly. We opted to add rounded frames around the bedroom windows to block the morning sun while maintaining an attractive aesthetic and also concealing minor imperfections in the masonry. Vincent, the manager, was very attentive to our needs, providing us with relevant advice for improved user comfort and an efficient, easy-to-use locking system. We highly recommend this company.

Communication with the team was very effective using phone, messaging, and email. We always were kept up to date as to our order, installation, and after care. Once the day was set for installation the technical team, Pascal and Jordan arrived near on time. They were very courteous and patient with us hovering about. We had 9 windows and 1 door screened. It took 2 days which was reasonable, for sure. Max followed up with us and will return this week to review the job.
