Catastrophic, terrible experience, a real nightmare! Our landlord suggested to contact Murphy for a broken washing machine. We scheduled the first appointment (100 EUR) on 27 October where an apparent “diagnostic” was made. We were told that they will need to order an electronic spare part (300 EUR). We had to wait 3 weeks for that spare part. Once it arrived we scheduled another appointment (15 November), the spare part was put and the machine still DID NOT WORK! Now the guy said that we need to order another spare part (130 EUR), and we waited for another 2 weeks. Today (29 November) he came and again he cannot repair a machine! This is a nightmare! 530 EUR spent, broken machine for 5 weeks, and still no solution… I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We will try to take our money back, but no one will pay us back our lost time, our stress! I saw your reply, if you really want to help me maybe you can provide me with the TELEPHONE NUMBER from one of your customer representatives ?
Avoid by all means! Repeatedly no show, I have been waiting for my washing machine to finish the repairs for more than a MONTH, with our clothes trapped in the machine for weeks. The ONLY thing they can do is send messages on the day of the appointment to reschedule for next week.

Professional and courteous service, efficient and realities work done! I appreciated the honest and kind approach of the technician, that was soothing. Had an E36-10 problem with my washer. It stopped draining due to a stuck drawing pump. He could open and clean it. All is now back to normal and it works well! 🙏👍👏
