We contacted Hestia to diagnose a problem with our ventilation system, and we are extremely satisfied with the service we received. A special box was installed due to mold caused by rising damp, according to the company. The mold returned after they replaced the affected placo. And the company refuses to acknowledge its diagnostic error. Specialists in absolutely nothing, they are incompetent and can't distinguish between rising damp and water infiltration. Avoid them at all costs… And to top it off, I see the company's explanation for their incompetence, blaming a shared wall whose damp problem was supposedly caused by a gutter draining against it. The problem was resolved by rerouting the gutter. The mold that has returned is in a bay window on the opposite side of the wall from the one where the gutter was supposedly the problem. In any case, this matter will end up in court.
Très satisfaite du travail d’Hestia Humidité. Mes murs qui cloquaient et qui avaient des moisissures, sont aujourd’hui complètement secs grâce aux plaques minérales et au traitement des remontées capillaires. Je recommande et en plus le ménage a été fait après les travaux.
