A very efficient device and very competent staff
Murtronic helped me identify a serious damp problem in a wall of my apartment after two other companies had given me incorrect diagnoses. I had been trying to find the cause of this dampness for over 10 months in order to make my apartment healthier (my daughter suffers from repeated asthma attacks because of the damp in the wall; it was a nightmare). On Monday, March 24th, I contacted Mr. Le Lanchon (Murtronic) and explained the problem to him over the phone. Two days later, Mr. Blanchard, a Murtronic expert, came to my apartment. He quickly identified the source of the dampness (a leak in the parapet wall of the adjoining building). Mr. Blanchard outlined the recommendations to stop the damage. Thanks to Mr. Blanchard's report, the building management will be able to fix the waterproofing issue, and I can finally manage the drying of the wall in my apartment. No more dampness, no more harmful mold. I am extremely grateful to the Murtronic professionals who finally helped me find solutions that will allow my daughter to live in a healthy environment and ensure the preservation of my apartment and the shared wall between the two buildings (dampness weakens the structure). It's completely useless. Our architect recommended this solution for an old house. We installed the device presented as THE solution to our rising damp. To top it off, we carried out waterproofing work by redoing all the seals. Result: just as much rising damp, but this experience cost €5,500. That's an expensive joke.
