Thank you to Camille and the entire team for their professionalism, proactive approach, foresight, and adaptability. One thing is certain: we will continue to trust Maison Bineau for a long time to come!

We needed to replace some very tall Japanese panels. A technician came to our site to take measurements; Camille and her team then took over: very professional, available, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We went to Bineau and chose a rug with very specific features: • it wouldn't show marks when walked on, • it didn't have a shiny appearance that changed depending on the light, • and its high texture would hide the marks left by the furniture. The rug we received is completely different! Flat instead of textured, shiny instead of matte, and it immediately shows footprints. We didn't order a sample because it required a minimum lead time of 5 weeks, which we didn't have. The saleswoman never warned us about the possible differences—a major professional error—since she guaranteed that the model we saw in the store would be exactly the one we would receive, simply made with more durable materials to be more resistant to our dog. When we noticed the problem, management immediately (even before having our evidence) denied any wrongdoing! Finally, after several emails, I managed to speak to the director of Bineau. My question was simple: what is the connection between the rug we selected in the showroom and the rug we received? He was unable to answer! He spoke of "inspiration": indeed, both rugs have lines, that's their only similarity. Otherwise, they have no connection whatsoever, and he was unable to offer any explanation. The only response we received was: "But you did approve an order form." However, this form contains neither a visual nor a precise description to verify that the rug corresponds to the chosen model. Maison Bineau is deliberately creating confusion: no detailed quote, no visuals, no warnings. If mentions such as "flat rug" or "glossy effect" had been included, we would have immediately understood that it was a different model. We were accompanied by a neutral party, our interior designer, who is used to numerous projects. She herself is shocked, both by the rug we received and by the way we are being treated. On top of that, the packaging was disastrous: out of four rugs, three were poorly packaged, with the central cardboard box damp and broken, causing creases and deformations. The cost is substantial (over 30 square meters, a five-figure price). The only solution offered by management is to order a new rug with a goodwill gesture, which would force us to have two 30-square-meter rugs, one of which we paid full price for and which would then be useless. For them, the solution when they make a mistake is to make the customer pay even more. Despite our efforts, no discussion is possible. According to them, everything is perfect: the saleswoman, the product, the logistics. The manager claims everyone is at fault except him and his team, even though he wasn't present, didn't check the merchandise, yet maintains that everything is perfect. They also claim that we are the only customers complaining. After investigation, we found that we are by no means an isolated case: often, because the damage is less significant, customers don't pursue the matter further. This information confirms that the manager's statement is false. We attempted a constructive dialogue to understand how a validated rug could be delivered so differently and how a company with physical stores could deceive its customers without admitting to making a mistake. Management refuses any discussion, not even responding to letters from our lawyer, who was appointed as mediator. We now have no other option but to take legal action. We will update this notice depending on the outcome of the proceedings.

The parquet flooring was installed a year ago and is peeling in several places. There are no shoes, no children, and no pets in the house. Even though the saleswoman was shocked when I showed her photos of the parquet's condition, they took no action. I do not recommend this store.
