I had a problem with my circuit breaker, so I contacted IEE Services. The electrician I spoke to on the phone was immediately attentive and reassured me that he would come that same day as an emergency. I'm very grateful to him because I was really worried, but as soon as he arrived, he put me at ease, explained everything he was doing, and patiently and kindly answered all my questions. He quickly found the problem: my water heater was faulty. He explained the entire procedure to me concisely. There were no extra charges, and he honored the agreed-upon price. I highly recommend this company and am extremely grateful to the electrician who did everything he could to help me and get me back up and running the same day I called him.
