Excellent experience with this renovation company! The work in my apartment was carried out cleanly and carefully. The team is friendly, attentive, and respects deadlines. I'm really happy with the result and would recommend them without hesitation!

Quote promised but never received. Last Monday, May 4th, a sales representative from the company came to my home for a site visit to prepare a quote (I'm not mentioning his name to protect his online anonymity, but the Belmard company will surely be able to identify him). This gentleman told me: "You'll have the quote by tomorrow evening." On May 5th, nothing had arrived. A week later, still nothing. On the 11th, I sent a follow-up email, copying the secretary (they can't claim they weren't aware of the situation), and then I called the sales representative... who promised me the quote that same afternoon, "before 3 pm." That evening, still nothing. I called again on May 13th. The sales representative told me he was very busy... Okay... I have no problem with him being busy. But in this case: 1) Don't make promises you can't keep 2) Keep me informed. In short, I replied that there was no point in continuing this very bad deal. The project manager insisted, saying he would send me the quote that same evening... which he ultimately never did. Belmard simply doesn't seem to keep his word. It's a shame; trust is essential for construction work.
