M&A Renov Père & Fils | Renovation Paris

Mohamed and the team guided us through everything from the start- the co-op approvals, planning- and brought our vision to life. Always available; nothing was a problem. We're beyond delighted with our flat and recommend him wholeheartedly. If you want reassurance and quality, look no further.

M&A Renov Père & Fils renovated our apartment, and we are extremely satisfied with the result and the support throughout the project. Respect for deadlines Availability Advice Quality of service Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

The work done by Mohamed and his team was simply exceptional, especially given the tight deadlines (not to mention extremely tight!). The work was carried out meticulously and with expertise (insulation, electricity, plumbing, tiling, window replacement, custom carpentry, etc.), and the advice was always sound. The materials and equipment offered were high-quality. If the initial plans needed to be modified, one or two alternatives were always proposed (and yes, it's construction work, nothing ever goes exactly as planned). Mohamed was proactive in finding solutions for situations that were technically impossible to implement. He provided technical support and also offered guidance in the face of the disappointment and frustration these situations can cause. The project was also well-managed. I was kept informed of the progress of the work at all times (without ever having to ask), which allowed me to focus on other things! And that's a real luxury! Finally, the quote is clear, concise, and precise. The invoicing follows a defined and structured accounting process that leaves no room for ambiguity regarding the amounts committed and due! Everything is extremely clear, fair, and precise. And if I had to add just one last point to justify these well-deserved 5 stars, Mohamed is simply a wonderful person! Attentive, personable, competent, pleasant, trustworthy… in short, entrust him with your project without hesitation!

I worked with M&A Renov on the refurbishment of a Haussmannian flat in Montmartre, and can fully recommend their services to anyone (French or foreigner) looking to start a refurbishment project. Their professionalism, adaptability and positive, engaging attitude were priceless accompaniments in what is often an overwhelming journey, especially for first-time flat renovators. Mohamed El-Hakeim who was my main point of contact throughout the entire process is very reliable, responsive and attentive to detail, with an incredible memory of all the specific particularities of the flat from even the very first visit. He works in English just as well as he does in French, which was a really important factor that made the entire process very easy. His positivity and good-will really helps build a relationship of trust. As an architect designing my own flat, I had pretty high demands and expectations sometimes down to the millimetre, and it was great to find a company that was able to understand the ideas and requirements from the very first time and work with respect to minute detail. During the works, we suffered an unexpected and unrelated leak from the upstairs neighbour's bathroom, which caused delays and many new problems to resolve on top of all the planned works that were already ongoing. Mohamed and the entire team acted with understanding and impressive flexibility, and did their best to help fix the damage and adapt to the unexpected delays. I signed off the works with a feeling of great satisfaction. All in all, a 10/10 service, fully recommend, will work with them again in the future.

Reno Pere & fils worked on our house and their work was exquisite, they did a fantastic job. It is very difficult to find a trust worthy person to do the job they did. I would like to thank them for doing such an excellent job on our house. I send a very big thank you to M. El Hakeim and his team for working so well on the house.
