Abandonment of the construction site, poor workmanship, failure to respect either the signed estimate or the plans provided by the architect and approved by the town hall for compliance. The manager, Mr. Serkan Coruk, is too greedy; he pressured me to pay everything upfront. Construction began at over €100,000 (one hundred thousand euros) on May 5, 2026. Invoice paid on May 27, 2026, and site abandoned on June 20, 2026. He had come with his father. That reassured me. It was a mistake to pay everything upfront. An 8-meter wall without rebar, posts, or tie beams. A crooked wall. A completely botched roof structure, two slopes instead of the four shown on the plan. The renovation was a real mess. Water leaks in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The granite table on the terrace was broken. It was impossible to communicate with his workers; none of them spoke French. He pressured them to finish faster with the limited amount of goods they had. He used shingles, making me believe they were tiles. He insisted on replacing my old tiles, which were a completely different color than specified on the plan. A real crook. I believe in divine justice. Absolutely terrible experience. SRK Groupe Rénovation construction tous corps d’état à Paris et en Ile-de-France took my money and never finished the job. They kept making excuses, stopped answering calls, and left my roof in worse condition than before. Total scam behavior — avoid this company at all costs.
