I really enjoy being a member here. The equipment is generally well-maintained, the environment is motivating, and the staff are friendly and approachable. I met a staff name Mohamed he supported me very much. It’s a place where I feel comfortable and encouraged to work on my fitness goals.

I had a great experience at Fitness Park République thanks to Mohammed. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and he made the whole subscription process super smooth and easy for me. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend speaking to him if you need any help!

The male manager is very unprofessional and aggressive. He angrily and loudly yelled at me for having my small bag with me while training. When I explained I didn’t speak good french and that I’d been coming up with my bag for 5 months without any comment, he repeated himself and rolled his eyes at me. Later when I tried to find a solution with an English speaking staff memeber, he laughed at me and spoke over his colleague in french. Such an unpleasant and scary experience. It’s very concerning that this is how management treats people. I wouldn’t come here especially if you’re female and English speaking!!

I’ve been a member for quite a while, but I only recently found out that jumping rolls aren’t allowed on the tatamis—a staff member had to warn me about it. To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed because the gym doesn’t have many areas where this is permitted, so I’m not entirely sure what the space is meant for. Also, the dumbbell area often has missing weights, making it hard for members to use them properly. I think the staff should focus more on checking and reorganizing equipment instead of overly controlling users. It would make the experience much better for everyone. Thanks for considering my feedback.

I signed up for a one month membership (visiting from the United States) after speaking with Chris. Chris is an extremely personable employee. His customer service is top tier and very sincere. The facility is very well stocked with different equipment on 4 levels. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate. The members seem very focused and purposeful.
