Communication quasi inexistante : messages sans réponse, chantiers interrompus sans prévenir lorsque les équipes partent, déni des problèmes. Décalage complet entre le discours commercial et la réalité du terrain.

I entrusted Terrasse et Jardin de Paris with the creation of a 71 m2 planted terrace with automatic watering and automatic lighting spotlights. Quality advice in the choice of plants, containers and pots, and their positioning according to the sunlight and wind exposure. The site protections were installed in the apartment but also in the common areas of the building, and an information note was posted in the hall with the contact details of the site manager in case of questions. The team at work for 4 weeks, and I could see that it is a difficult job with a lot of handling but also precision, was remarkable.
