Great service. Two very nice guys came and opened the door and came on time as agreed when setting up the apppintment. The price was super reasonable and they definitely saved me from a big problem
They damaged my door and then called me crazy for suggesting they did. And I had to pay an extra 115 euros to another locksmith to reopen the door that this locksmith had opened because they didn’t tell me that after forcing the lock I couldn’t close the door behind me (I assumed I would be able to reopen since the lock had been destroyed). They also tried to charge me an extra 1500 euros when I found someone else to do it for 500.
