Stéphane is excellent. In 2 hours we went from an estimate which I found to be totally fair to have new locks. He even brought the TPE to pay with a credit card to the house so all was installed and paid for right then. Fully recommend and he is the only one I would recommend after 20 years in Paris and experience with the normal rip off artists that make up this metier. Bravo Stephane.
