1661 Notaires - Paris 3rd Arrondissement

We have worked with this notarial office since 2008 and always have been very satisfied with their work. Extremely professional with a propensity to look at minute details , be it with a sale of property, transfer of titles, making a will or starting a company, they have never given us any scope to complain! Special shoutout to Maitre Beaudoin who has always been extremely cordial and helpful, speaks extremely good English. We have referred her to many of our English speaking friends who were in turn equally satisfied with her work.

I have been using 1661 Notaires services since 2013 and the service has been exceptional. Camille, Quentin and Aude have provided professional, knowledgeable advice and contracts have been thoroughly prepared and presented in a timely manner. I highly recommend 1661 Notaires and have no hesitation in sending both English and French speaking clients to them. I can’t thank them enough for helping me. They go above and beyond in what they do! 10/10

We had a very good experience with Maître Camille Beaudoin. She was great at explaining the law for us and was able to do it in English, which was a necessity for us as one of us don’t speak French. We had pleasant and efficient meetings with the possibility to do some of them online. We definitely recommend this notaire.

Madam Beaudoin and her colleagues are very professional and efficient. They are capable to spot on the risks and offer reasonable solutions. I feel lucky to work with such a trustworthy notary that made my purchasing process smoother. They can also communicated fully in English. I highly recommend this notary!

Our notary has monitored closely the entire process and she drew our attention to the particularities of our case. She always was available to answer our numerous questions and she advised us with accuracy. We higly recommend CLERMONT, GUEZ ET BEAUDOIN NOTAIRES.
