We were received by Ms. Hadef to sign our contract. We would like to emphasize her high level of professionalism, availability, and attentiveness. She took the time to answer all our questions and explain each step clearly and patiently. A big thank you for these particularly appreciated discussions. However, our experience at reception was more mixed. The assistant who greeted us upon arrival seemed visibly stressed, and the interaction was rather rushed. Although coffee and water were offered, they were ultimately not served. Furthermore, our appointment was interrupted twice to inform us that the next clients had already arrived and that we needed to vacate the room. I understand the organizational constraints of a practice, but I felt that these interruptions somewhat detracted from the quality of the reception and the overall calm of the appointment. It's a shame, because it contrasts with the professionalism and attention that Ms. Hadef demonstrated throughout our interview.
