I recently hired Depannage remorquage paris to fix a leaking pipe in my kitchen, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and quickly identified the issue. The repair was done efficiently, and they even cleaned up after finishing the job. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden charges. I’d definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Huge scam, I lent my apartment to a friend and the lock broke during his stay. I called this number based on the good reviews. They said they'd come over and that it would cost me €600, which is reasonable. Based on this good impression, we made an appointment. What really happened? They came three hours late and asked for €1,000 for the estimate, then came back the next day and very roughly changed the lock and charged a further €900. I'm writing very roughly because the screws are not tightened. My friend, who doesn't speak French very well and is elderly, was totally taken in. For 2000 Euros you can have an armored door, and I got a lock that's over 15 years old. Since then I've been trying to call them to explain. They promise they'll come over but they never do. So my advice is don't call them...

SCAMMERS. Booked a plumber to complete a simple task of unclogging a toilet & was charged €850 because I am new to the country & don’t speak the language well. When i objected with the plumber that this price was 4 times higher than what it should be, he lied & said that this is Paris & it is expensive here. Despite my objections, the plumber would not lower the price & now I am out of pocket €850 for a job that took 5 minutes to complete. I have seen the companies responses to certain low rating reviews & I can confirm that I am reviewing the correct company as the mobile number I contacted to make the booking matches the one on your google page. I am appalled at the dishonesty & lack of morality from this company & do not recommend for anyone to book their services lest they get scammed out of their whole salary too. I hope you have the decency to refund me the amount which was stolen from me.

Good work, workers show up on time, very polite workers and they explain what they are doing. People answering the telephone very polite and helpful. Used this company twice (two different jobs) and will continue to use them when needed!

Better think twice before calling this company. I have experienced it few weeks ago and it was probably the worst mistake I've made... Exorbitant cost for a simple reparation in my bathroom. Be really careful !
