I called BTM-PRO to fix a clogged drain late on a Sunday night, and they came quickly to help fix my problem. The plumber was very nice, and explained the issue before going in to fix it. He helped with the extra water that had leaked. As I am an English speaker, he also helped me contact my landlord in French to explain the problem and the work being done. He had a great attitude, and if I run into issues again, I will be calling BTM-Pro.
