My agent Marie De Brechard did an excellent job, guiding kindly through the intricacies of apartment search and the signing of documentation. I wholeheartedly recommend her services in all matters of real estate.

Emma was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She was always available, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive, which made our move to Paris much smoother and stress-free. Her professionalism combined with her warm and friendly approach really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience highly recommend working with Emma!

I start by saying that I am a customer hard to please. At 60 years old, I have lived in 5 continents and major cities like Los Angeles, New York, Paris, London, Sydney, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Bali, etc. I have rented or bought properties in all those places so I'm very used to all the hard work that goes together in those processes. In my experience of living in France in two different moments of my life, I've got to the conclusion that Paris is by far the most difficult city in the world for an expat to navigate all the huge bureacracy involved in renting an apartment. Even to be able to visit an apartment advertised for lease is nearly a "mission impossible". You have to fill up on line forms, you have call the contact person in charge of the property to never be answered or called back, you send messages to no return and the list goes on and on. When you can finally talk to the person (after leaving 10 or 15 messages) they "interview" you quickly over the phone to have an idea if you can be a candidate for that property or not. Just to be clear, I am also a very successful and financially independent person so money has never been an issue. To make rental in Paris even more complicated, apart from all the different documents required plus a guarantor etc... every owner makes his own rules like "The owner only rents for a company not an individual", "The owner only rents for a minimum of three years" etc. My son moved to Paris two months ago after receiving an excellent job offer from an American company. Staying at an Airbnb at the beginning, he started looking for places to rent and went through every single difficulty I've mentioned above. He could not even have access to real estates and organise to visit the properties he liked. After knocking his head at the wall too many times he's found Paris Corporate Housing and told me it was the best real estate company to help an Expat to find a home in Paris. Apart from specialising in renting exclusively for a corporate clientele where mostly are not French people but expats that moved to Paris, they also offer an excellent portfolio of properties all over Paris. As he was very busy with his new job, I've decided to help him from Australia where I currently live, so I contacted Paris Corporate Housing myself. It wasn't easy at first to go through the reception and have access to someone at PCH. I was incredibly lucky to speak to MARIE DE BRÉCHARD. I told Marie about my son's situation and the enormous difficulty he was having in rent a property in Paris. I told her that as a father I was incredibly concerned about my son's situation, the French bureacracy, the fact that not having a place to call "home" was starting to affect his wellbeing and to impact his new job. I asked her for help! I gave her all the info about my son, what kind of place he was looking for, his budget, a copy of his work contract etc. We spoke on the phone and exchanged messages a few times in the space of a week. She was always very helpful and showed a true interest in helping my son. Trying to speed up this process I ended up flying to Paris a few days later to take control of the situation and to meet Marie. Marie was incredibly kind and attentive, very polite and a real pleasure to work with (which I found to be a rarity amongst the Parisian real estates). She explained to us most of the issues expats face while renting in Paris. Marie worked fast and in last than 72 hours that I've been in France she's found an excellent property for my son. She got the contract quickly done and both parties signed it and in just over a week since I've been Paris my son could move to his new apartment. A real miracle! I highly recommend Paris Corporate Housing to anyone looking for less stress when finding a property in Paris. And mostly I recommend MARIE DE BRÉCHARD as an excellent professional that can help you. Thank you Marie.

Paris Corporate Housing is an excellent agency, they manage beautiful apartments and they were really professional during each step, from the visit to signing the lease and gather all documents, to move-in inspection and safety checks. It was an incredibly smooth experience. I highly recommend them.

I waited three months before writing this review to ensure I could confidently say I received excellent service — and I absolutely did. Paris Corporate Housing is by far the best agency you can work with in Paris. I had to rent my apartment while I was still in another country, and thanks to Gwanelle and Cécile’s prompt actions, practical approach, and constructive attitude, I was able to fully understand and complete all the necessary procedures before arriving in Paris. What stood out most was not only their professionalism, but also their kindness throughout the process. I also want to thank Thibault for his quick responses to technical issues and his dedication to resolving problems thoroughly. His support was invaluable. After my move, my property manager Kinza was incredibly helpful. She took care of everything and connected me with the right technicians whenever needed. She is very responsive, highly professional, and truly dedicated to her work. Recently, I lost my keys, and thanks to her swift help, I was able to get back into my apartment without issue. If you're an expat looking for a place to live in Paris, don’t hesitate to work with Paris Corporate Housing. Moving can be a complicated process, but their experience and skill make a huge difference, especially in difficult situations.
