They were very responsive when we had questions, responded in English and took initiative in resolving issues proactively. A wonderfully professional agency, always precise, transparent and on the job. But much more, offering service beyond the standard expectations- I have found them exceptionally helpful (with a warm and personal approach) resolving different issues and transitions during the entire rental period. This was very important for me as I have been an owner living abroad and do not speak French. They were also similarly helpful and professional during the sales process. I have used Paris-Housing for over 10 years to manage my condo in Paris. They have been excellent in finding and screening tenants as well as maintaining the property.
