PPG came in after the original property managers decided to retire. PPG did a great job managing the property through the transition and moving forward with various projects that were in the interest of the owner group. When I visited Paris to view apartments, we found "the one" in just a week's time. They connected me with an English speaking trusted notaire and picked up my keys at closing when I could not attend. They then provided me with a great contact for renovations and decorating. They made the process as "turn key" as possible, even setting up my utilities, property insurance, etc. I now use their property management service so that my visits to Paris are not spent maintaining the property. I highly recommend PPG.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing with PPG. We were not sure where we wanted to be in the city and wanted to look at a number of arrondissements, a challenging assignment for PPG. Jennifer explained the pros and cons of various areas, went to work, and showed us approximately 25 apartments in 3 days. After catching our breath and taking some time to digest, we purchased an apartment in a great area which we love.<br><br>PPG made the closing process easy with their network of professionals.
