Early in our investigation of purchasing a Parisian pied-á-terre a friend recommended Paris Property Group (PPG). That recommendation has been pivotal to our experience. From the moment we met virtually to the PPG team we knew we were with a professional and experienced organization that was going to walk with us to fulfill our dream. And they did! France doesn't have MLS so having a well connected immobilier (realtor) is vital. Jennifer Jomar was incredible. By visiting with her over 30 properties she found for us, we found the one we love. But it didn't end there. PPG assisted us through the entire process. From a fantastic mortgage broker, notaire team, and French banking team, they guided us along the way. French property purchasing rules are quite different from the US, we would have been lost without them. Now that our purchase is complete, PPG sets up our utilities and offers a concierge service to keep an eye on our apartment while we are not there. We even have an incredible architect designing and overseeing our renovations recommended by PPG.
