Paris Rentals By Ruben

Comments below are based on facts and promises made.<br><br>EDIT- #1: Interesting response, I have made contact another two times, again by email and also through your website message function. Again no response. Empty promises. Perhaps you can contact me now to resolve? All words, no action!!<br><br>- Greeter came with no keys, he had to return 1.5 hrs later<br>- The place was not clean & no sheets.<br>- I was told to find a hotel. At 6pm Sat night in Paris, unrealistic, and not what I wanted to do after 24 hours flying.<br>- I bought sheets, towel & pillow case from supermarket.<br>- Person on phone said I would be reimbursed 1 night's stay & for the bed linen I bought.<br>- The cleaner was supposed to come the next day at 2pm. When I arrived at 5pm she was only half way through. So I had to go out again to let her finish.<br>- No response to four attempts at communication via various means since my stay (Vrbo, email etc)<br>- I have not seen any $ that was promised.<br>- Stay away from renting from these people

I’m a recently retired American designer, who wanted to spend more time in Paris, possibly permanently.<br><br>I found an apartment on SeLoger that I felt could fit my needs as a second home in Paris. From the beginning, Ruben was extremely helpful (he speaks English fluently) and I couldn’t have asked for more.<br><br>I’m only 2 weeks into my new home, but the good vibe of the whole experience convinced me, it was meant to be.

Terrible rental company. Rude and photos did not match listing. Do not rent via them on any platform.

Félicitation!!<br>Le logement est à l'identique des photos publiées sur l'annonce ainsi que le descriptif du logement.<br>N'hésitez pas à faire appel pour leurs services.<br>Johana nous a très bien renseigné ainsi que le directeur de l'agence Monsieur Elmaleh.<br>Nous repasserons par cette agence immobilière si besoin, avec grand plaisir!!!!

Very disappointed in this property manager, I had planned to stay here this summer, however after booking he then disclosed that he only allows check in for a few hours or else he charges an outrageous fee, the apt was not at all where he had it on the VRBO map, and on top of that he wanted to use a shady 3rd party for a secondary security deposit. After VRBO cancelled the reservation due to all of this he then refused to even answer their communications and has to date not refunded the cost in contradiction to VRBO policy. I would think twice before even considering booking anything managed by the property manager.<br><br>Ruben- in reply to your response below, I will happily change this review if my experience changes, but at this point it is completely accurate to my experiences.
