I am deeply disappointed with ParisRentAparts. I stayed in one of their apartments for four months, fulfilled all payment obligations promptly, and returned the property in excellent condition in March 2026. However, as of June 2026, my security deposit has not been refunded, and all my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Now I will have to hire a lawyer in France to deal with them. I would never recommend this company and I urge future renters to be very cautious.

Horrible service, I rented one apartment and without one month I found mice and bedbugs. The agent didn’t tell me anything before signing the contract. I contacted the agent for treatment, he bought me two bottles of anti bug spray and asked me to apply them myself. I did but it was not enough, bedbugs keep coming. I asked for more solutions the agent says he’s gonna do it or negotiate with the landlord, but NO REAL ACTIONS at all for one month. Don’t recommend, still waiting for response from I don’t know where.

Great experience staying in Paris for the first time with this company! Very accommodating to us not speaking French. Helpful, quick communication and a very clean and pleasant apartment. Would book again!

Orlande was super accommodating and met us on place right on time. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There was a little confusion when I tried to pay online through booking.com, but it was quickly resolved. Great customer service!
