A disastrous experience with the founding director, Pierre de Kerautem, who seems more concerned with collecting his fees than finalizing the lease, in addition to his arrogant and discourteous attitude. After paying €15,000 (excluding VAT) in fees, we didn't even receive a semblance of thanks by email or text message. For all these reasons, I strongly advise against using their services.
