My review is for all the expats in Paris - Louise Denis & team were extremely efficient and helpful in helping me secure my new flat with my husband. Since we had an unconventional file with me being a foreigner, Louise was able to find a solution within 24 hours. We were able to secure the flat within 1 day of viewing it. Amazing! Admin & check-in process were smooth - and all done over the French holiday period which is not easy by any means...so 5 stars from me.
Lisa Marty was very nice to me when I was visiting the apartment. She gave lots of attention and she was very professional. I am happy about that.
Would put 0/5 if i could. This agency is lazy, rude and overall awful at their job! Unless you are buying a place, dont even bother. They dont care about renters. They dont answer the phone, if you do get through to them, they are rude and offer no help ! And forget emails because they will never get back to you. I find it laughable that all their positive reviews are from people buying, i wonder why! With how hard the rent market is in Paris and all the scams, its truly disappointing to see such a big agency be so rude and unwilling to help

Finding somewhere to live in Paris, particularly as a foreigner student, could have been stressful, but Celia found me a place to live instantly and made the experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Celia and the Team guided and supported me through the process and I was able to live in my apartment of dreams quickly and easily. Celia is extremely kind, caring and helpful, easily contactable by the phone, and I am so grateful to her and the Team for all of their support! Thank you for my beautiful apartment! Alexandre went above and beyond for me selling my apartment in Paris and finding me a new place. He was great at communicating and listening to all my wants and needs for the new place. It was especially helpful that he spoke English as well, as my French is not fluent, therefore making sure nothing was lost in translation.
