Had a very poor experience with Elisabeth as the seller’s agent. As the buyer, we were not able to view a dressing room they had it packed full and that turned out to be badly water damaged. After seller moved out we were told the key was lost by the Juno team so we weren’t able to see the damage until right before closing and we were left unsatisfied with the lack of a satisfactory resolution needing to close without one. Broken window and significant water damage was uncovered. Disappointing experience and we do not feel like we were fairly treated. Note I have done many transactions as a real estate broker in the US and have never experienced anything like this before. I remain shocked by this.
