Buying a home in Paris as a foreigner can feel overwhelming, especially in the current market. With local buyers affected by high interest rates, I often felt that some agents saw foreign buyers, particularly Americans, as an easy opportunity and were more interested in making a quick sale than helping me find the right home. Then I met Romain. After meeting quite a few agents, I often had the feeling that many were simply trying to sell me whatever they had available, whether or not it was a good fit. Romain was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, he took the time to really get to know me, not just what I wanted on paper, but who I am and what would actually make me happy. He has a rare ability to understand people, and because of that, he found me a home that felt right. It was never about making a sale; it was about helping me find my home. Throughout the entire process, he was always available, incredibly proactive, and an excellent communicator. His perfect English made everything so much easier, and I always knew exactly what was happening. He negotiated an excellent price for me, stayed one step ahead throughout the process, and was often more knowledgeable and responsive than the notaire I had hired. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. In a market where trust can be hard to find, Romain was refreshingly genuine, down to earth, and always had my best interests at heart. I never felt like just another client, I genuinely felt he cared about helping me make the right decision. Today I’m living in the perfect apartment, within my budget, and I couldn’t be happier. Looking back, I can’t imagine having gone through this journey with anyone else. Thank you, Romain, for going above and beyond at every step. If you’re looking to buy in Paris, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a true professional and, more importantly, a genuinely good person.

Pierre and Jessica were extremely professional and easy to work with. My only comment is that as a foreign owner, I would have appreciated more info on how to handle the changes related to the wifi and electricity. I didn’t know the wifi box had to be returned and found that out from a friend. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
