Highly unprofessional. We had an apartment viewing scheduled for weeks. The day before the viewing I reached out to ensure it was still on, and later was told that someone had placed an offer and the flat was being taken out of the market. Never did I receive an email that another applicant had submitted an offer, otherwise we would have made one too. Yes this is typical in Paris, real estate agents being lazy and incompetent, but this is even more true with this agency.
