Lazy. Emailed them a week ago (twice) about an apartment for sale and no one answered me. Can you imagine being the owners, thinking you're going with a reputable and therefore reliable agency, yet they're too lazy to answer emails from potential buyers? One advice in Paris, stay away from the big agency, they barely work and reply emails. Their listing and just based on the "fame" of their agency but the employees are sub par.

My husband and I purchased a new build property from this agency in January 2022 in the 11eme. The entire process has been a nightmare, we received absolutely zero support from the agency, they did not even show up to our final signing at the notaire. The reason we purchased our property was because of the reputation of Sotheby's but unfortunately we have had so many issues, nothing has been completed, and everything is extremely low quality. We get no answers and they do not respond to our emails detailing out the continued issues with our apartment not being completed. I would not trust this agency and certainly don't go to them if you expect high quality support (or properties). So disappointed and now we will need to begin legal proceedings.
