Valérie from Parisian Residence was amazing in helping me sell an inherited asset in Paris, while I was half way around the world. Valerie was dedicated and resourceful beyond my expectations. Valerie helped us to sell our apartment. To make a long story short, we are very happy and were so lucky to work with her. There were so many complicated things, not only the administrative issues, but also dealing with other peoples as the purchase/selling process involve so many steps in France. We had a problem with the agency that we first used, we had a problem with the notary who did not respond at all to everybody. After we met Valerie, she managed everything to progress smoothly with introducing her own connections, which we ended up working with. After this, everything had beed smooth and worked very well. We communicated everything in English as we are non-French. She is willing to help in all the directions, not necessarily related with apartment issues.
