Grosse déception !!!<br><br>J'ai confié la vente de mon appartement à Monsieur Talvan en exclusivité "de fait" car il me semblait impliqué, appliqué, sincère et que la "vitrine" était belle...<br><br>Mais quelle déception !<br>- Efficacité décevante malgré le travail réalisé,<br>- Absence de prise en compte des besoins et intérêts du client,<br>- Compétences professionnelles et conseils douteux, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de vendre un bien hors du commun,<br>- L'incompréhension à été totale (ne sait pas se mettre à la place d'autrui).<br>+ Personnage sans scrupules...<br><br>Est pressé de vendre à tout prix dans son propre intérêt.
