Vraiment, je ne peux que vous recommander marne transdem. Que ça soit sur la partie administrative ou sur l’équipe de déménagement. Tout était parfait. L’équipe est ponctuelle super sympa et très efficace. Ils sont extrêmement bien équipés et protègent toutes les affaires. C’est la première fois que je suis aussi satisfaite d’un déménagement. N’hésitez pas à faire appel à eux.
A very bad experience. I usually move every three or four years, so I'm used to this kind of thing. The initial contact when they prepared the quote was very pleasant, but then my enthusiasm waned on the day of the move. I was literally accused of lying about the type of accommodation I was moving into, even though I wasn't the one paying and therefore had no reason to hide any information. My furniture was damaged during the move. I noted this on the bill of lading, with photos to prove it. I contacted the company, and they assured me they would get back to me in September. No contact was made. I sent another email in November, still no reply…
