The salesperson comes, presents the project as a good deal, but actually gets you to sign an order discreetly. So I was forced to have this piece of junk installed in my home. They told me they'd send the best team. The guys weren't very skilled. They worked from 8 a.m. until almost midnight. Later, I discovered a flood in my basement because some of the welds had been done poorly. Two days after the installation, I already had no hot water. And a year later, I still haven't received the subsidy, and the salesperson is no longer reachable; the manager isn't responding anymore. Run away, everyone!
