Sometimes, we think certain jobs are simple. For example, pruning trees is just cutting branches, right? Actually, we realize that's not the case when we're with the Caps team, totally dedicated to doing a custom job, even at their own expense (delaying the next job due to their pruning choices), with passion for their work and a smile. When, in addition, they train young immigrants with legal status to fill jobs that will be in short supply of "French" workers tomorrow, we realize how lucky we were to have recognized them and hired them.
