Who seemed nice enough, doesn't respect his follow-ups, then stops responding: lack of communication, not very professional R.
The team was responsive, friendly, and efficient. The price is fair. I recommend them.
Highly responsive Efficient Professional Clean and fast work Resolves problems Friendly This is a service provider I recommend and will definitely use again.
Excellent service! Absolutely no complaints. We contacted them on a Friday for a Monday appointment, the quote was approved Monday morning, and they were there just two hours later! The pruning was perfect, everyone at France Élagage was very friendly and readily answered all our questions with a smile and impressive expertise! Even before we knew if they could do the work, Ruben had already found ways to reduce the bill, even though the quoted price wasn't an issue for us. They were incredibly professional, and honestly, I don't know much about tree pruning, but I'd say there's no need to look anywhere else!
The service was very satisfactory. Ruben came to prune our fig tree, but he ended up giving excellent advice on landscaping our planters as well. The next day, everything was done perfectly. I'm very happy to have found such a high-quality landscaper in Paris.
