Very responsive. I sent a video of my window that wouldn't close. Very quick response: the cremone bolt was out of order. I received the quote an hour later: 450 euros. They offered to send a technician that same day. I preferred to get a second opinion. That same evening, a technician from ACORUS came to physically examine the problem. He fixed it in 5 minutes by simply removing the child safety lock that was preventing the window from closing. He was very efficient, quick, and didn't charge me anything! Menuiserie Shop jumped the gun by telling me the entire locking system needed replacing. I should have paid 450 euros ☹️
