The repairman found the problem with our dishwasher. He had to come back because the faulty part needed to be ordered. It was indeed the problem he had identified. After replacing the part, the dishwasher worked normally. We only paid for the repair and the replacement part.

After a thorough diagnosis, they explained that the replacement parts would cost almost as much as a new oven. No pressure, no empty promises, just honesty and clear advice. A super professional, responsive, and transparent team—a rare find these days! Even though the repair wasn't ultimately done, I'm very happy with their service. I highly recommend them.

The technician went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher (which had also been poorly installed), explaining everything he was doing and maintaining a cheerful demeanor, even though it took him much longer than expected. A company that knows its business and... HONEST!!! Yes, they still exist! I called about a broken washing machine, and the gentleman explained and informed me so well that he saved me from calling them "for nothing," from being charged for a service call and/or unnecessary repair... I just need to buy a new machine in the end. I highly recommend them!
