Avoid at all costs! The quote to replace the coffee maker motor unit is outrageous: €130... the same unit I can buy for €50 and easily install myself since it's removable for cleaning the coffee maker...? And nobody mentions the repair bonus... a week and €30 wasted...
Very responsive and efficient. The price was fair and quoted beforehand. My only slight complaint is the somewhat careless state of the small work area around the dishwasher; in my opinion, the work area wasn't very clean. Nevertheless, I highly recommend them.
The repair was quick and well done. However, the price quoted, including parts and labor, doesn't include the repair bonus. The repair shop pockets the bonus afterward. I'm not sure if that's in keeping with the spirit of the AGEC law...

Apparently very busy, the person who saw me asked for a deadline that didn't suit me for a TV decoder repair. I told him I was helping a lonely grandpa who was missing his television, but the device was taken care of, and I was able to get it back in good working order two hours later. My grandpa and I thank him again warmly!
