We contacted this company following a friend's recommendation. Our problem was severe dampness on a wall of a renovated old house in Toulouse. The sales technician, Mr. Mathieu M., spent nearly an hour inspecting the house. His findings didn't point to rising damp from the foundations, as we had initially suspected, but instead suggested water infiltration in a corner wall via aging flashing.
