A very warm welcome at this store, thank you to Sylvain for his attentiveness and helpful advice 👍
A warm welcome and helpful advice. Quality products at reasonable prices.
I chose their high-end linoleum, which was professionally installed. After a month, it has scratches everywhere. We don't walk on it with shoes, and the salesperson even came to inspect it, but nothing. Everything is protected with felt pads, but frankly, it's not worth the price: €39 excluding VAT per square meter. I had parquet flooring from Leroy Merlin for 10 years, which was better quality and didn't scratch at all, even when moving furniture. I rarely leave reviews, but frankly, the quality isn't there. Go somewhere else.
Following an issue with an out-of-stock baseboard order, Pierre, the store manager, reassured me and explained the exchange process, finding a solution that worked for both parties. I highly recommend this store; the products are high quality, and above all, the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Excellent service. DIYers (like myself) are given advice with patience and courtesy. The prices are quite reasonable, but the quality is professional.
