I strongly advise against using them. My quote request has been pending for two months, and I've been contacted three times with assurances that they'll keep me updated. They only showed up to collect the €50 call-out fee and then nothing more.

I contacted this electrician for an electrical problem. I was given a fixed price quote of €250, which I accepted. Two people came, but despite their efforts, the problem wasn't fixed. I still had to pay the €250. I was then told that a complete overhaul of the installation would be necessary and that a quote would be sent to me, deducting the amount already paid. Unfortunately, I never received this quote, despite several unanswered follow-up messages. So I lost €250. I finally called another, more competent electrician, who resolved the problem quickly and at a lower cost.
