Hello, for now I'm leaving a neutral review because I'm waiting for a response from the sales representative, and I'm not naming names either, as I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. But the first response I received surprised me a bit. I ordered and purchased, and therefore paid over €5,000 for, two double-leaf gates, Galapian model in white aluminum, and when I asked for details of the warranty, I was told that their products don't have a specific warranty and are subject to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Hamon Law). Okay, that's fine; it's a law that protects the consumer. However, if that's the only warranty, it's very, very weak for a family business, given the quality of their products. I know it's much more than that; I'm waiting for their response. This isn't the only problem I've encountered so far; one thing at a time. Ms. Hélène Bessadet I went to the Quaglia store in Portet-sur-Garonne and was greeted by Emmanuel. It wasn't easy to make myself understood by email and phone. He wasn't the same person I'd dealt with in my previous exchanges. In any case, it was truly appreciated and so reassuring to communicate with Emmanuel, who listened to me, understood me, and provided the answers and explanations I needed. I was able to complete my order for my two gates because a document was missing for the warranty, which isn't just 2 years but 10 years as stated online. Before going there, I had a negative opinion of customer service; frankly, Mr. Emmanuel changed my mind. He's a breath of fresh air in a world where aggression and indifference prevail. This company deserves a very positive review for the quality of its products, its reasonable prices, and the kindness and professionalism of its staff (Manu and Jessica in particular). Highly recommended.
