Having arrived in the Toulouse region, we quickly began looking to buy a property. Hesitating between new construction and buying an existing home, we met Mathieu and Eric who immediately understood our needs and, most importantly, managed to adapt our project to our budget, lifestyle, and preferences. Building a house is a once-in-a-lifetime project, and this ability to provide reassurance is essential because it allows us to define the project's parameters and, above all, avoid navigating it blindly. The MA CONCEPT team was present throughout every phase of the project. I don't have anything to compare it to, as this is our first construction project, but I want to emphasize the quality and professionalism of the tradespeople who collaborate with MA CONCEPT. First and foremost, the bricklayer (SARL PROBAT) was unanimously praised for the quality of the structural work and his unwavering commitment to doing a good job. I also particularly appreciated the quality of the work done by the electrician (EPC LAURAGAIS) and the tiler (MIDI PYRENEES CONCEPT CARRELAGE), and the good communication maintained throughout the project. One minor drawback was the sometimes long delays between the tradespeople's visits, but ultimately, isn't it better to be patient and ensure the work will be meticulous and of high quality, rather than putting pressure on the tradespeople only to end up with a sloppy and mediocre job? I preferred the first approach, even though I sometimes had to express my impatience to Mathieu and especially the site manager. After understanding how a construction site operates, I realized that he didn't have an easy task and often had to deal with numerous constraints. In this regard, I also thank Mr. Muliot, the site manager, for his patience and dedication. We moved in almost a year ago and we are delighted. The house is modern, very well designed, ergonomic, and above all, very pleasant to live in. Eric and Mathieu even helped us with a planning issue with the town hall, which is now being resolved. This ongoing support and warm relationship are the hallmarks of MA CONCEPT. I don't plan to embark on another construction project for personal reasons, but if I were to, I would choose MA CONCEPT again without hesitation.
